Spread salmon slices with COTSWOLD PEPPERCORN cheese. Roll up and slice. garnish with lemon and parsley.
AGNES CROUTONS Make croutons by baking or grilling thin French stick slices until golden, Place a thin slice of St Agnes on each topped with a few pine nut or a walnut, and place under grill for a few minutes. Serve sprinkled lightly with olive oil
