Cotswold Herb is a soft creamy fresh cheese, lightly seasoned with sea
salt, flavoured with garlic, parsley, and chives
It is delicious spread on crackers, or fresh crusty bread, and can be used to
flavour simple dishes such as a herb omelet.
Chicken breasts slit and stuffed with some Cotswold Herb cheese and then
wrapped in the a bacon rasher and baked in the oven are delicious.
Cotswold Herb is supplied in pots of 100 or 200 grams
